A stroll through the yard WIP

The WIP means I still need to add the shading.

JIMINY CRICKET!!! My neck hurts from working on this. The paper that this drawing was made on was way too big for the scanner, so I had to scan it twice so the damn thing could be finished. It was just a sketch, so I finished it in photoshop, kinda roughly, but hey, it's finally colored.

So the idea of this picture was to show a day in the life of Inferno, his siblings, and their mother before she died. Now, you don't see little Chris because he's still a flipping fetus inside his mom, hence why she's got one heck of a belly.

I guess you could call this my mothers day picture for 2011 and 2012, as this was drawn last year. I just never got the chance to work on this when it was drawn due to stuff going down. I think I was packing for my move when I drew this and the sketch book it was in got packed before I could try to scan it at a friends house.

.......I need a name for their mom. Hell, let's call her Diane. And holy crap, I REALLY need more practice with drawing pregnant women.
